“Great location for our golf tournament in Abergele. Staff were outstanding and very helpful and in particular special mention to Elise(hope I have the correct name) who was very helpful before and during our stay. Nothing was too much for her to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Sadly, one of our group lost his wallet in the hotel which hasn't been found. The rooms were great other than the small beds in the twin rooms. A recommended hotel to stay and the restaurant on site a big plus ”

“WHAT A FIND!!!! A real gem After being let down with our original booking, we found the Black Lion Hotel. It's set in a small, quiet village near the river. We had a superb evening meal, the pub was busy in both the bar and restaurant area all evening, which is always a good sign.... the food was superb, service was excellent The room we stayed in was quiet, clean, the bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfy. The breakfast in the morning was superb quality made from local produce. ……
