“We have family in Lake Wales and this location allows us to stay close by in comfort. We bring our bikes and ride around the lake with our grandkids on the paved path. We love the pool, which can be heated in colder weather and the hot tub. One of the things that really attracted us is the dining table that seats 8 people - perfect for our family holiday meals. Kristy, the host is very responsive to inquiries. We will be back!”

“We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didn’t find this……

“Plain and simple, false advertising!!! The flooring is falling apart and coming separated from one another, the outside is not well kept and dirty, the dishwasher isn’t even mounted to the cabinets or the counter top! The whole thing moved when I went to open the door to it! The ceiling is falling apart in the hallway and the bathroom has the paint peeling/chipping away from the walls. The ceiling fan light did not work in one of the rooms. The furniture there is not what’s in the picture, nor……

Location was in a quiet neighborhood about 25 minutes from Lakeland. Very clean property, easy keypad door entry on arrival. comfortable beds and cold AC. Would definitely recommend!”
