“Quiet and safe!”

“Easy communication with property management and accommodated an extra days stay at last minute. Place was ready and easy to find. Beds were comfortable but very noisy. Pots in cabinets were dirty. Pool and lazy river were nice but very crowded which was disappointing when we were not able to use the pool because it was at capacity or find a chair when it was busy. ”

“We have family in Lake Wales and this location allows us to stay close by in comfort. We bring our bikes and ride around the lake with our grandkids on the paved path. We love the pool, which can be heated in colder weather and the hot tub. One of the things that really attracted us is the dining table that seats 8 people - perfect for our family holiday meals. Kristy, the host is very responsive to inquiries. We will be back!”

“The house is spacious and accommodated my large group of 22 comfortably. The house was not well maintained. Several lamp switches missing, broken toilet seats, missing blinds on dining area, leaking water from a light fixture, the carpet was disgusting, heavily stained and dirty. It was all reported while we were still there and Vacasa staff seemed to be unaware of the situation. Several people went there to evaluate the damage.
