“Lovely villa, excellent area to stay, we loved the club house and all the amenities. Would definitely stay again. Any problems we had were sorted quickly, excellent service. ”

“Sorry for the delay in writing a review. This house was wonderful for our family. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. We received very clear directions for check-in. The owner was quick to respond to questions as was the property manager. Our kids liked the TV’s in their bedrooms, as they don’t have that at home! We also enjoyed the pool, especially on the 80 degree day we got. The pool heat was definitely worth it, even though we did not use the pool every day of our stay as we were……

“Enjoyed the house and especially the salt water pool and spa. Really makes a difference for sensitive eyes. Plenty of space for my family of 6. Whatever you need is just a short drive away and good proximity to Disney.”

“The apartment was very suitable for our family (three adults and four children). The only thing what we need was more dishes. Location was nice and neighborhood was so quiet. Everything was fine with house and host. The description about house was truthful.”

“Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me……

“We stayed here with our teenage children and a couple of friends over Christmas and New Year’s to escape cold New York. This house was perfect for our group with plenty of space. It was spotlessly clean and was even decorated for Christmas. When not out sightseeing, we loved using the game tables in the garage. I did text the house managers to let them know of a small issue with the vertical blinds, but never got a response. Also, I did feel that this housing community was a little more remote……

“We loved this rental - very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Included use of brand new BBQ, pool was heated as requested, kitchen had everything we needed in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. We were just 2 adults so this wasn't an issue but if for a group of 6 then seating in TV area and at dining room table would be a bit tight. Loved the lounge chairs and seating area in the lanai. Private and comfortable. Would definitely rent again!”

“First, our host Nhut was great. Very responsive and nice. We totally enjoyed the location and house. We were three couples that had plenty of room and privacy. The pool is well maintained and heated as arranged. I would definitely rent this property again. ”

“20th year for golf trip, we are 55 - 75 yrs old, stayed in many different houses over the years. Cleanliness, comfort, working hot tub and grill very important. This house was perfect, no bunk beds, comfortable for all 8 of us.Issues found, no night stands in bedrooms to place phone on. Gated community, getting through gate especially on weekends is an issue, traffic backs up. Hot tub failed one evening, contacted management, tech arrived 8 am next day, issue resolved. We liked this house so……

“We went down to Florida for a veterinary conference. Eight co workers. The house was nice and spacious giving us each our own space to decompress after long hours at the convention. I have been renting houses in Florida for years and this is one of the few houses that we have had no trouble with the pool heat! It was so nice to be able to enjoy the hot tub after a long day. The kitchen is huge and has all the necessary cookware, including a crockpot! The host was very easy to communicate with……
