“The house is spacious and accommodated my large group of 22 comfortably. The house was not well maintained. Several lamp switches missing, broken toilet seats, missing blinds on dining area, leaking water from a light fixture, the carpet was disgusting, heavily stained and dirty. It was all reported while we were still there and Vacasa staff seemed to be unaware of the situation. Several people went there to evaluate the damage. We didn't request anything to be changed while we were there, but I……

“The house was nice and clean, lots of beds and very comfortable living room. The community game for tennis and basketball looked great. Managers were quick to respond to messages and the pool was heated and ready for our stay. The neighborhood is north of a busy road, gated and very well kept, super nice area for quiet walks and sunrises - loved it. Hanging in the pool in mid-afternoon and evening you can hear rush hour traffic with the backyard backing up to the road, but if splashing kids are……

Several were dry rotted and broken. Advertised a hot tub and pool. I declined to heat the pool, unaware that if you don’t heat the pool, the hot tub is not heated. We made the best of it and had a really good time. Would definitely rebook if issues are resolved.”

“The only thing that I did not like about this property is the water pressure hard to take a shower very low pressure in the water and the cleaning lady didn't clean the floors enough times little Dusty but otherwise all in all I would rent it again yes comfortable quiet very good hard to rinse but otherwise very nice area very nice area”

“Our 9 night stay as a family was fantastic! We are a group of 6 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 10-14. The feature we loved most was the set up of this home with the three master suites and the spaciousness of all the rooms. Pool and hot tub were great and worked flawlessly. We spent a fair amount of time at the resort pool as well, which we all enjoyed. The only items we were really missing and could have used more of were towels and just extra blankets.
