“Melanie and her family are adorable! They were very attentive at breakfast time and food was outstanding! However, the only thing I didn’t understand that everything was electronic now from taking my reservation to finding my room. If I had a question, I’d call and leave a message thinking I’d get an actual person to talk to me but when I’d have my question answered, they’d reply via text. It was frustrating and unprofessional. “The host is very friendly. Place is very clean, and is of Victorian style decoration. Breakfasts are delicious. Location is great. The room I stayed the first night missed a window lock, so one window couldn't be locked. The overhead lights weren't functioning, so the room isn't super bright after dark.
