“ Very clean property, rooms were fantastic. I loved the dove soap they provide! Customer service was top notch, I appreciated all they did. The breakfast was a little bit underwhelming, would have liked better tasting eggs and a waffle batter pourer that did not take 3 years to pour. When i mentioned it to the lady, she said, "yes its slow". Lol. That was that. It was a great stay, safe and convenient.”

“Has an unpleasant smell”

“We stay here one night for Napa tour. The two bedrooms are really satisfy us for 4 adults and three children.”

“Very quiet, kitchen was a nice touch, bedding was so soft, room was great. Honestly my only (3) suggestions would be: better towels. The towels were not absorbent at all, always felt wet and not comfortable after the shower. Secondly maybe a fire pit outside? And lastly, not a huge fan of the dirt outside and it tracking into the rooms, inside the hotel.”

“Everything here is brand new, and designed to perfection. The breakfast was outstanding. My room was gorgeous. It is walkable to downtown. The only thing that I could say is, we could hear people walking above us.”

“Melanie and her family are adorable! They were very attentive at breakfast time and food was outstanding! However, the only thing I didn’t understand that everything was electronic now from taking my reservation to finding my room. If I had a question, I’d call and leave a message thinking I’d get an actual person to talk to me but when I’d have my question answered, they’d reply via text. It was frustrating and unprofessional. When I came here 7 years ago, there was someone that picked up……
