“They were extremely helpful nothing was to much trouble, we met are friends there for food which was out of this world the service was brilliant. We stayed the night, The rooms were very clean everything u needed was in there. Very warm, and comfortable the shower was good size.. will be going there again. the staff were so helpful made everyone welcome.. the breakfast was amazing lots to choose from before having your full English, the service was second to non.. every where was clean, very……

“The room was great, lovely quiet location and staff were very helpful. Having the suite was a real treat although a shelf or platform by the freestanding bath and extra toiletries would have been nice. The property is ideal for an exclusive break but looking a bit tired in places, they could make much more of the gardens, which looked rather unkept, but perhaps the time of year was a factor. Unfortunately the fine dining options were not available, which for a bank holiday weekend was……

“Shenise welcomed us with a smile and was so efficient, professional and upbeat managing all aspects from check in, the bar, breakfast and evening meals and offering places to visit during our stay. The full English breakfasts were delicious and a lot of variety using good produce and would recommend. The bedroom was spacious and the large walk in shower had hot water. Loved the welcome touches of the tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided and replenished daily. ”

“The hotel and its facilities are adequate but a bit dated. Food was average but good value for money. Outlook over the Broad is fantastic and makes the venue very special. The last remaining fried egg at breakfast was not cuttable without special tools. On request it was quickly replaced with two new ones which were perfect (don't wait for the request next time)”
