“One jacuzzi didn’t work. In the past at night I would get special things Like a cookie or hot coco. That no longer happens. The maid would come way too early. Like 8 am. And wake me. The tea service in the room was great. The soda choice in the fridge was not enough. Only one ginger ale”

“Location is absolutely perfect! Steps from the Gondola, great bars and restaurants all around in easy walking distance. The service is top notch! Brenda the front office manager is a gem, and truly cares about making your stay perfect, as is Robyn at the front desk. Tom the concierge knows what he's talking about.
