“This house was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 5 in town to celebrate my youngest son’s graduation from UW. It was perfect for a late Saturday night dinner where we grilled burgers vs the stress of getting a dinner reservation on such a busy weekend. We also gathered for Sunday brunch before everyone headed home. Thank you to Tami who immediately addressed a few issues/questions we had upon arrival and allowing us to check out late and spend a little extra time together on……

And appreciate that there were hooks around the apartment to hang things on, something that is often missing at rental properties. The keyless entries make things so much easier. Walkable to many good bars and restaurants.While our impressions are generally very favorable, there are some things to take into account:—Could use one or two upholstered chairs in the living room for four……

“Two of us stayed and spent the whole time sewing. The property actually was perfect for all of our "equipment." The only negative thing about our stay was the residents upstairs were very noisy walking and running around upstairs. ”

“We had friends from Sweden in town for a wedding. Six adults and 2 children under 2. It was perfect for them! Large kitchen wirh plenty of space. We had a fantastic time grilling, cooking and having smores by the fire pit. The decor was amazing and so cute with a ton of antiques. We spent quality time with friends and family and saw amazing sunsets! Will definitely stay again!”

“We loved the location of the house and how walkable it was to the Rock lake as well as to the center of the town. The house had everything that we needed and is well kept but the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are was slightly creaky. Overall it was a very good option to stay near Madison.”
