“We are not far from Chicago, but we wanted to stay near for a 3 day event in the area. Our code did not work at check-in but the property manager was very quick to respond so that we could get inside. We did not have any issues with the property; the location was central to where we needed to go and eat, the property was clean and it was quiet around the unit. We did have 4 children under 10 with us and were told the day of check-in that there was an older man that lived below and not to run……

“We rented this vacation home for a girls’ weekend in Chicago and truly enjoyed staying there. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was taxi drivers would not drop us at the rear alley entrance to the building (the entrance we were instructed to use) citing ‘safety concerns’, so we would have to walk around the building to get to the rear entrance. We never felt threatened while staying there so I’m not sure where they were coming from. All in all we would not hesitate to……

“Lovely apartment in a great location - conveniently located near public transit stops (bus and subway) and two short blocks from the Mag Mile. It made a fantastic home base for us. The floorplan is great - the two bedrooms are well separated and well organized. As a quick side note and aligned with other commenters - the mattresses are definitely on the soft side. That said, we would happily stay here again!”
