The finishes are all high-end and tastefully done. As for cleanliness...I have rented many places, and I've never seen a place so spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere! It is 3 levels, no bathroom on the first level, which did not matter to use, but it may if you have mobility challenges. First impression on driving up was kind of negative as the exterior could use a little attention. In looking at the photos, you may think this is a newer build, but it is an old duplex. Again, perfectly fine and well done, but the photos on-line give you a little different impression. One note……
