“This stay was perfect for our group. We attended Equine Affaire at the Ohio State Fairgrounds. The location is safe and quiet. The townhouse had parking for our two cars. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked. We each had our own comfortable bed. Plenty of additional blankets and space heater for basement bedroom. Check in and check out was easy. ”

“The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating.”

About an hour before our arrival I got nervous about not being able to access the property. I sent messages, called the company along with 2 emergency phone numbers on file with no answer. “Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year”

Little dark and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in the living room unless you're in, or recently graduated from college, but we found this place to be great for our needs. Good communication, snacks on arrival, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. There's a bit of a musty smell, but not strong or anything disconcerting.”

“Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”

“The house is decent but basic host and house keeping duties fell dramatically short. No toilet paper, no flat sheets on bed, no pillow cases. Toilet was dirty and shower wasnt cleaned and still had stuff in it from past renter. Multiple smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors chirping with dead batteries. Unpleasant smell throughout house. Description says sleeps 9 but does Not! Would NOT stay at again!!”
