“We were a group of 6 men on our annual fishing trip. The rental did not disappoint, Owners were very attentive to our needs leading up to our visit. Home was well appointed, clean and came as advertised. Great Lake for fishing, caught trout, bass, cusk and perch. The eagle that hung around while we fished was an added bonus. Overall a great trip!!!”

“Our stay was perfect for us and our wedding party! We enjoyed all of it but especially the heated floors in the up stairs bathroom haha no more cold feet after a shower! It was so easy to communicate with our host. We are so incredibly thankful that he was willing to extend our stay a night after!”

“Great accommodations from Chip and Kathy. In addition, they live nearby which is great in case anything pops up. Wood stove was already on when we arrived which was warm and cozy. House is right off of Rt 27 with about a 30 minute ride to the Sugarloaf base lodge. Will definitely stay there again.”

“This was an amazing spacious home the price was so worth it . There is a 2 bay garage for any out door activities when it's raining. they have a grill as well as a fire pit. There is a 20x30 fenced in area with a doggy door for your dogs this made it so convenient for vacationing. The bathtub down stairs is amazing with the jets and can fit two people. I have a family of 9 and we stayed comfortably...their is fishing spots in the area and your about and hour from Augusta and an hour and a half……

“What a beautiful serene cottage on the lake. Our stay was impeccable…from the on going communication with the property manager to the card, flowers, and pie in the fridge. He knew we would be arriving late and went to turn on lights and make sure everything was ready for us to just hop in bed after a long day of traveling. The cottage is located in a peaceful quiet part of Androscoggin Lake in Wayne, Maine. It is truly a Maine experience. It was clean and there were kayaks and a canoe for us to……

“Beautiful property. Tough road in the winter. Sleeping was tough with 5 over 60 year olds. Very clean and the view was amazing! Lots of room for hanging out and eating ”

“Overall a nice experience! The only caveat I’d say is that the heat doesn’t go into the rooms, only in the living room, so if you close the door at night it does get pretty cold. Hope the host could provide more blankets. Also it’d be better if the host could put a real curtain for the room that faces the road. But the decor is really cute and facilities are awesome. ”

“The home was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the backyard view extremely relaxing.”

“Wished we asked more questions before booking. With 6 people, we only had one decent kayak to use. We were hoping to have a kayak ride as a group and that wasn't possible. 2 of the canoes were in excellent condition. The wooden steps at the bottom of the hill leading to the dock/water were very dangerous for 4 of us who were 60+ years old. It would be nice to have a flat place to sit with our chairs at the water, but realize that may not be possible on that property. The deck was great to have……

“Great stay. Very quiet lake. I really expected things to be hopping on the weekends but it remained very quiet and peaceful the whole week. The camp is beautiful and was well supplied. The amount of water toys was awesome. No Wi-Fi but cell coverage is great so I could use my phones hot spot for internet. My only negative would be the beach gets mucky after about 10 - 15 feet from shore. One more thing…..the owner of the camp was out of the country but still called me at the end of my stay to……
