“This property is a jewel. This is where they should have filmed "On Golden Pond." It is very private, yet only 20 minutes from I-95 and major supermarkets, etc. If you are looking for piece and quiet, security, a delightfully private pond and a stunning view of the opposite, natural, shoreline with no other cottages, this is your place! Beds are very comfortable with good quality linens and blankets. Kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are of very good quality. Plenty of wood is supplied……

“This property was so peaceful and quiet. It sits on a large lot with lots of privacy. The walk down to the dock is fun for kids, lots of rocks and it’s a little trail. We spent most of our time down at the dock. The views were spectacular, beautiful reflections in the water each morning, calm quiet lake and the sunset right in front of us each night. It wasn’t buggy and we used the kayak, but wear water shorts bc it does take in some water. We also brought our own paddle board and would highly……

“Great location, easy to walk to the General Store, Tubby’s and Farmer’s Market. From Wayne, it’s an easy drive to the coast or to the mountains for a hike. The house is clean and lots of room, as well as a spacious front deck looking out over Androscoggin Lake.”

“This house was just what we needed to cap our summer. All 5 of us gasped when we pulled in and saw the view! Kayaking and smores...rinse, repeat. Only tiny downside was the busy street which cut down on taking walks, but left more lake time! The photos don't do justice to the cleanliness and spaciousness. We hope to retuen,next summer and rent a boat for the week. Thank you!”
