“The modern simple vibe of the room we had was just what we needed and nothing more. Check in at the Beacon Inn and Spa was easy and they escorted us right to our room which was in the building next door. There is no dedicated parking but we had no problem parking in the free lots as well as on the street overnight. The coffee/tea station is in the hall not in the room, but that didn’t bother us. There also had a courtyard with games and yoga mats to borrow. The mattress was super soft, may not……

“It could be cleaner. It was surface clean (counters, towels, sheets), but the things that people don’t usually touch were pretty dusty (bottom of the door, the Bible in the drawer, shower grout). The room had what we needed including a fridge. It was really nice that the bathroom actually had a fan, which I don’t normally see when I travel. Climate control worked great. The breakfast was really good. The eggs were cooked the best I’ve had a hotel breakfast. The French toast was a nice treat.……
