“Front desk manager in the afternoon/evening on all three days was super friendly and helpful! Bar and restaurant staff were also friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and one particular cleaning staff member was very friendly! She was cleaning on the 4th floor. Only complaint is the regular coffee was “out” in the morning on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you ”

“This is the best small budget hotel I have ever stayed in, although I am a very picky person, if this hotel can provide breakfast and dinner of the quality that matches its decoration and facilities, I must describe it as "excellent". If I were to visit that area again for accommodation I would have no other alternative.”

“性价比很高的住处，有去机场的shuttle。当然就是Hartford机场离城市中心非常的远，坐公交车去的话不是很方便。旅店的话设施齐全，虽然稍微有些旧，但是卫生情况较好。”

“This property couldn't have been any cleaner and the staff could not have been any more kind and professional. I needed a late checkout, that was easy. My room was so clean and the bed, was one you never want to get out of. Breakfast was yummy and healthy. The property was beautiful. Snacks on sale incase you get hungry in the middle of the night. Easy check in. Clean nice pool. First time staying and I was impressed and thats not easy for me. Way to go Ramada! Thank you for a 5 star stay!”
