“Excellent experience. Chris was an awesome host: informative, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. House is spacious, meticulous, and has all the amenities of a typical home. We were very comfortable with 5 adults and 2 children. Kids (7 & 9) loved the huge 3rd floor bedroom/playroom with oversized bunk beds and lots of toys. Close to I-95, Yale University, Tweed airport but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.”

“A group of us stayed there for a work trip and it was the perfect situation for us. The beds were SO comfortable! The decor was vibe! Supplies were plenty. Towels were top quality. The fire pit was so fun to use on our last night in town. Very close to a beach so we could dip our toes in the ocean.There is an airport runway behind the property but the noise wasn’t terrible. ”

“Great view and quiet neighborhood. Water very dirty with debris like seaweeds and dead baby crabs. The beach had more shells than sand by the house. Bring water shoes. Beach is open to people in the area not specifically private per say. People on the beach were friendly. I’m not fond of seeing kids by my stays when I’m with 8 adult women trying to have a good time. Property was a little outdated but size was good. Not all available beds were comfortable. Owner was attentive when an issue arose……

“The house overall was great. Plenty of space for six adults. Beautiful outdoor deck and furniture with water views. Very relaxing. During high tide the streets near the house do flood quite a bit. Access to the semi-private beach was a three minute walk. Nothing to do with the home but the beach area was a disappointment. It was extremely small and full of a tremendous amount of shells. Made swimming difficult to impossible. We wish we had water shoes. ”
