“The main heating system was broken, requiring use of the backup system. The room was EXTREMELY cold and it took nearly an hour to warm up. No one had gone into the room to preheat it. Poor service. The back up heating system was VERY noisy and disrupted my sleep all night. Not a pleasant experience and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!”

“This was a one night stay. The property is an older house in the city center. We were here to help a friend celebrate a birthday. The B&B was very close to the party making it easy to come and go. The room was small but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. ”

“参观耶鲁大学路上的一晚住宿。标准的汽车旅馆，不过房间宽敞，King size的大床挺舒服，虽然靠公路但是晚上睡觉不是很吵。老板人很好，跟我们推荐周边的景点。早餐比较差。”

“I’m still shaking. The manager yelled at me after I simply asked that his staff properly transfer my call. Last night, my friend Leonard tried twice and he said the calls were dropped. The manager called me “rude” and brought up my rightful complaint about noise last night. He was rude, telling me to “calm down!” I like the clerk and was even planning to buy another week! I’m a widely published journalist and it’s unwise to yell at women like me. I’m now even more upset that after a lovely call……

“1，酒店虽不大，但周边风景好，幽静宜人，晚上睡眠不必担心被打扰，房间设施很新很干净，枕头、被子很舒服；2，酒店服务人员热情，尤其是负责早餐服务的印度大妈和蔼可亲，早餐虽不如国内花样多，但搭配及营养足够；酒店的咖啡无论何时都可以取上一杯，非常贴心；3，对面有几家餐馆，日餐、西餐，开车15分钟还有outlets；4，周边旅游的地方还有火车博物馆、海滩、赌场，以上均开车大约20分钟。这次赴美看儿子，选了一个与朋友家较近的酒店，没想到这么好。真心不错。真心点评。以后有机会还会选择。”

“I have been in this hotel many times (probably over few months) since September 2021. Some renovation done in mid 2022… fantastic! just one thing to maintain full stars review: to replace the dryers in the laundry if repair does not work (a bit annoying to pay 2-3 times to complete the dry since early 2022 😅)”
