“The property is a gem! Beautiful Arts & Crafts woodwork!Nicely appointed and yet comfortable. Kitchen is large and could accomodate all of us gathered at once. Coffee on the front veranda overlooking the water made for a perfect setting. The neighbors and dogs strolling by the made us feel welcome too. ”

“This place was very spacious and clean with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. There was a lovely outdoor seating area in the back of the house and there was a washer and dryer available. The host was very accommodating and highly responsive. The inside was very tactfully decorated with seven beds for a larger party. However, parking was limited with only on street parking available. The location was perfect for us because it was within walking distance to the concert venue we were attending.……

“We had such a lovely stay at Greg & Erin's home. It was the perfect space for our crew and the pool and huge yard gave the kids a ton of space to run around and play. The house was extremely clean and well-equipped. The carriage house was adorable and gave us some additional space to spread out. We, of course, took advantage of the location and grabbed lobster rolls from Lobster Landing. Communication with Greg was awesome and helpful. Will definitely visit again next time we're in the area. :)”

“Wonderful experience!”

“The Lake House was AMAZING! With its 5 great size bedrooms ( privacy for everyone) . 3 full baths, with plenty of hot water, for the many showers after a day in the lake The 1/2 bath on first floor was a nice bonus to have with such a large crowd! The large, fully stocked kitchen, with its large island and even larger peninsula (plus a view of the lake) made preparing, cooking and serving meals most enjoyable! We appreciated the cleanliness of all rooms especially the kitchen and bathrooms……

“The only word to describe my stay is magical. From start to finish, over three nights, I fell more and more in love with it. Stacey is the perfect host, with a brilliant eye for decor, in terms of style and comfort. It’s a spectacular little place and in good weather it’s twice the size because of the idyllic outdoors area. Guilford is beautiful and everything was so convenient. I fell in love with this place and I will be back. ”
