“I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, I stayed there for 8 nights, the staff are friendly and helpful. Pros: location closest to everywhere in the city, friendly staff Cons: sometimes the room is not thoroughly cleaned, the floor is not mopped sometimes ”

I loved the stone architecture and the Orthodox Christian icons displayed throughout the hallways—they added such a unique and peaceful touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Jaffa Gate, Mamilla shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the Old City. Unfortunately the war broke out while there but the……

“The location in old city is so convenient to shopping and sightseeing. Having the breakfast in the ancient building was so delightful. I would not forget the view on the roof. So impressive.”

“They do not allow tenant to keep room key and there is no shut inside the room. I felt unsafe! The day I moved in , a full trash can was waiting for me. No one clear it until a big group came a week later.”
