“I was staying here during 3 weeks with my father who is 81 y.o. We came to Israel for my father's green card interview. This location was very convenient for us: not far from Medical Exam Facility and around 10 minutes driving from U.S. Embassy. Hotel has good disability access and breakfast as a great option. Staff is professional and ready to help at any time. I can recommend this hotel for long stay.”

“服务不好，说好的免费停车，酒店管理停车位的门童以停车场满为理由拒绝让我们进入。我们刚从停车场入口处把车倒出来，发现后面有车开到入口就放进去了。门童态度非常不好。另外，酒店房间地毯较脏，床不是很舒服。酒店吃早餐人很多，非常拥挤，不过早餐和晚餐品种比较多。在此酒店体会不到任何服务，与此房间相比，完全不相称。”

“Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I asked for a late check-out of 3pm knowing that they would reject it or at the very best they would agree to one hour or so past the 11am check out time. They allowed my request with no additional fees. Each time I pulled up to the hotel, they came out and made sure I had a proper parking place. I left my jacket in the hotel after I left. When I called them, they immediately went up and retrieved my jacket and kept it until I got back three……
