“Clean and quiet ”

“Our stay was amazing! The gentleman who checked us in (front desk) was so polite and friendly . He had a great sense of humor too! Location of Hotel was convenient too!”

“The hotel was under some upgrades but still a very nice place to stay the staff are very polite and we had no problems with our room or service! The pool area is indoor and was nice. The hot tub didn't work but they did send us an email before vacation which i thought was nice. They will probably have it fixed soon they said. We had lake plans anyways so no bother to us! The hotel was is walking distance from the bars/food so that was nice and there are some nice people in gaylord michigan! ”

“The only issue I had with my stay is the type of pillow. The pillows were unbelievably too soft. I put 2 of them together, but it didn't help. Otherwise the stay was fine.”
