“Great location. We came from the UP and stopped in Gaylord for a couple nights. Heading to Interlochen for a couple of weeks. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. In our travels we tend to stay at the Hilton (pet friendly) Haven't had a bad experience yet. ”

“The hotel was under some upgrades but still a very nice place to stay the staff are very polite and we had no problems with our room or service! The pool area is indoor and was nice. The hot tub didn't work but they did send us an email before vacation which i thought was nice. They will probably have it fixed soon they said. We had lake plans anyways so no bother to us! The hotel was is walking distance from the bars/food so that was nice and there are some nice people in gaylord michigan! ”

“This is just a really special place! All the rooms are perfectly decorated! It was really great to not have a television in the room! I stayed in vintage and the clawfoot tub was awesome! It's just got a really nice peaceful vibe to the entire property and experience!”
