“The residence was clean. We had no issues checking in or with our stay in general. Great for multiple guests! Parking is in the street but it's a quiet street. ”

“The villa was just perfect. It was clean and decorated so well. We appreciated the little extras like fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine. Also, there’s an electric fireplace (though too warm this time of year to use it) and a large TV. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub with the view of the lake. Watched the Strawberry Moonrise. If one is interested in all the tourist things to do nearby, it’s only about 15 minutes away from the main road into Sevierville and Gatlinburg. But then returning back……

“Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great time staying at Summit View! The property was beautiful and we loved being able to look out at the mountains from the hot tub. The neighborhood was peaceful and tucked away from the busy main drag through Sevierville. Michael was very attentive and wanted to ensure we had the best possible stay (which we did)! We would absolutely stay again next time we come back to the Smokies!”
