“Great old farmhouse 5 minutes from Dreams Park. Very nicely remodeled. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Bathrooms were remodeled tastefully with all the amenities and more that you could need. Brand new washer and dryer which turned out to be very useful. Nice private pool area with plenty of seating, Great place to relax at the end of a long day at Dreams Park. Had a nice outdoor grill, but we did not use. Overall fantastic house in a great location if your kid is playing……

“Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for our stay while my son was at All-Star Village, an easy 20-minute drive. Only regret is we didn’t spend enough time there to explore the property. ”

We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch and watching the bunnies run through the grass. The area was very quiet, but close to all Cooperstown has to offer. The host was lovely and very responsive. We would love to come back again.”
