“We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

Location, 4.5 out of 5 15-20 minutes from Dreams Park during daylight, slower at night due to winding roads and the need to slow down for wild animals. If you're a bougie suburbanite, you might want to consider a property with fewer turn-offs from route-28 and a more North/South orientation from Dreams Park. Overall, 4.5 out……

“Perfect accommodations for Oneonta, NY family visit. Location next to country club was perfect for golf lovers. So convenient and great place to relax afterward! Cottage was immaculate and well stocked to meet our needs. Shopping within a short 10 min. drive and close to Hartwick and SUNY.”

We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch and watching the bunnies run through the grass. The area was very quiet, but close to all Cooperstown has to offer. “Beautiful, comfortable apartment for families visiting Oneonta for the All Star Village tournament. Previous reviews are spot on but we will repeat it here: BOOK. THIS. ONE. Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent.
