“We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

“Very cute, small but cozy and comfortable. Stayed for 6 nights with my dog. Pretty remote area, extremely quiet and very pretty. Kitchen has everything you should need, the fireplace and record player are great. It was super snowy when we were there but still very warm. I will say in the winter not a great place for dog walks lol unless your dog is good off leash, which mine is not. But we managed ok. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!”

Location, 4.5 out of 5 15-20 minutes from Dreams Park during daylight, slower at night due to winding roads and the need to slow down for wild animals. If you're a bougie suburbanite, you might want to consider a property with fewer turn-offs from route-28 and a more North/South orientation from Dreams Park. Overall, 4.5 out……

“Perfect accommodations for Oneonta, NY family visit. Location next to country club was perfect for golf lovers. So convenient and great place to relax afterward! Cottage was immaculate and well stocked to meet our needs. Shopping within a short 10 min. drive and close to Hartwick and SUNY.”

“Beautiful, comfortable apartment for families visiting Oneonta for the All Star Village tournament. Previous reviews are spot on but we will repeat it here: BOOK. THIS. ONE. Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent. “This place should not be operating. It’s a public health hazard. We came in later day and the first thing my child screamed out was that she had seen a mouse. I should have believed her the first time. But overnight, the mouse attacked our snack supply. When we left, we had to throw all of our food away!! In fact, there were so many mouse droppings everywhere I was startled! I spotted them on the couches, in the bathroom. But especially concerning and completely gross was to spot them in the……
