“Owners, 6 out of 5 Excellent communication from reservation to check-out. Extremely thoughtful and considerate. Can't say enough nice things about them. Lovely people! Location, 4.5 out of 5 15-20 minutes from Dreams Park during daylight, slower at night due to winding roads and the need to slow down for wild animals. If you're a bougie suburbanite, you might want to consider a property with fewer turn-offs from route-28 and a more North/South orientation from Dreams Park. Overall, 4.5 out……

“Beautiful, comfortable apartment for families visiting Oneonta for the All Star Village tournament. Previous reviews are spot on but we will repeat it here: BOOK. THIS. ONE. Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent. “This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. No issues with hot water and we had AC in each room. Very happy with our stay and would return if we were back in the area.”
