Location, 4.5 out of 5 15-20 minutes from Dreams Park during daylight, slower at night due to winding roads and the need to slow down for wild animals. If you're a bougie suburbanite, you might want to consider a property with fewer turn-offs from route-28 and a more North/South orientation from Dreams Park. Overall, 4.5 out……

Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent.
