“We had a wonderful stay! The house has everything you could possibly need for a fun weekend or week! So much to do between the lake and the games! We paddleboated, fished, played badminton, ping pong and cornhole! The host is very generous with her house, and just wants everyone to have a great time at her place! There are two loungers and four adirondack chairs down by the lake (not pictured) which is very nice! The house has everything you need to make meals if you don't want to go out. There……

“Fun “tiny house” to stay in when exploring the Western Catskills. Good location for exploring Delhi, Hobart, Stamford, etc. Great for a solo traveler or maybe a couple, not much room for more but that is the point!”

“My son and I came out to the Catskills to hike the Bramley Mountain Trail and talk. Location was critical. Cost was a factor. We were so happy with our stay here. She's not much to look at from the outside, and I would not use the words "fancy" or "spa-like." But it was clean and comfortable and Sal was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything in the trailer works fine - we made frozen pizza in the oven and the fridge kept beer cold. I would highly recommend this place, the Bramley……

“Beautiful cabin exactly as advertised. Great beds, great water pressure and fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Very remote-little to no cell service and and some difficult and intimidating roads (especially at night). Internet was fast and no issues. Dishwasher does need a deep clean/filter clean-very foul smell but that was not a problem overall. Would rent again! ”

“24 hours prior to check in (4 pm), I messaged the host to ask how we check in. No response. We had no trouble locating the property, but once there, we could not get in. The door was locked. There was no key. There was a lock box, but no code was provided. There is no cell reception at the property. We left to message the host for more info. Eventually, the host responded by sending us the address. but no acknowledgement about how to enter the cabin. We returned to the property again around 9 pm……

“They didn’t offer breakfast or tell me they had coffee in the lobby and my dad woke me up early too take him too McDonald’s to get some other than that it was great”
