“Great location and set up! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large group. 10 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown.”

“I had a great adventure even though I missed the fact the cabin's bathroom was a short walk away. I'm adaptable and the short walk was not a problem.”

“We stayed here with 4 adults and two children while my son played in a tournament at Allstar Village. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Making meals were somewhat challenging because the lack of utensils and the grill was a mess. Other than that everything was perfect. ”

“Very happy with the property. It is right on the lakeside and the lake is rather still most days making for great kayaking. The lake itself is pretty muggy so swimming, at least in this section of it, is not happening. However, the view and ambiance of the area is great. The neighbors to the right are pretty close, and it seems most houses in this area are rentals so Saturday night got pretty loud around us. The kitchen comes stocked with most things you need, and the beds were very comfortable.……

“Stayed while son was playing at All-Star Village, about 15 minute drive. Close to Cooperstowns and Dreams also. Cabin was clean, can't beat being on the water! Even caught a fish from the back dock. Good communication from owner. ”

“An easy commute (use the freeway) to the All Star Village fields!!!Decent fishing off the dock- we caught some small mouth bass and blue gill. Use orange swimbaits, small spoons, and flies.”

“We weren't expecting a lot when we made this reservation, but we were pleasantly surprised about how comfortable and convenient it was. The cabin is off a road but once you drive up to it, you feel nature and our dog loved running in the woods behind the house. The cabin has all the amenities you need, although wifi is spotty. Even a pot belly stove! Bedrooms were clean and cozy and there are plenty of blankets if there is a chill. Devon was very responsive to all my questions and always……

“What a find! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Spruce Lake. It was beyond amazing- private property and lake with crystal clear water, meant kayaking and paddle boarding, and fishing, too. We grilled most every dinner and celebrated a family member’s birthday! Ping Pong and foosball were enjoyed by many! Each night was capped off by a roaring fire in the fire pit. Took advantage of location to go hiking and birdwatching. Being away from city lights allowed us to see the Milky Way and……
