“Very cute, small but cozy and comfortable. Stayed for 6 nights with my dog. Pretty remote area, extremely quiet and very pretty. Kitchen has everything you should need, the fireplace and record player are great. It was super snowy when we were there but still very warm. I will say in the winter not a great place for dog walks lol unless your dog is good off leash, which mine is not. But we managed ok. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!”

“Perfect accommodations for Oneonta, NY family visit. Location next to country club was perfect for golf lovers. So convenient and great place to relax afterward! Cottage was immaculate and well stocked to meet our needs. Shopping within a short 10 min. drive and close to Hartwick and SUNY.”

“This place should not be operating. It’s a public health hazard. We came in later day and the first thing my child screamed out was that she had seen a mouse. I should have believed her the first time. But overnight, the mouse attacked our snack supply. When we left, we had to throw all of our food away!! In fact, there were so many mouse droppings everywhere I was startled! I spotted them on the couches, in the bathroom. But especially concerning and completely gross was to spot them in the……

“Beautiful, comfortable apartment for families visiting Oneonta for the All Star Village tournament. Previous reviews are spot on but we will repeat it here: BOOK. THIS. ONE. Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent. “A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again.”

“Outstanding giant cabin, perfect for a large group. Plenty of sleeping rooms, relaxing and common areas, outdoor space. All the amenities that were supposed to work, did. Pretty much anything you could possibly want, was somewhere in the house. The decor was eclectic, hunter, traveller, collector. I picked my room based on a little statue in it. Nice touch faux-family pics. We had a great trip, and would absolutely recommend the property, and go back. ”
