We paddleboated, fished, played badminton, ping pong and cornhole! The host is very generous with her house, and just wants everyone to have a great time at her place! “It’s a great for more adults houses absolutely stunning unfortunately we had bad weather so we didn’t get to utilize the outside. Kitchen is slightly small but everything else is amazing. Rooms are beautiful house immaculately decorated unbelievable master bedroom and shower and only 13 minutes to Cooperstown so convenient for any Cooperstown families. Communication was great we had some slight Review and they took care of it immediately nothing that affected our stay in anyway”

“From the Moment we arrived, Todd and his wife made us feel so welcome and went over all the details of the Beautiful bungalow! From the unbelievable scenery, beautiful pond and the immaculate grounds. , my sons and I enjoyed this retreat and stay so much. The accommodations in the room were excellent, delicious coffee, WiFi and comfy beds, the decor was also wonderful! I highly recommend this Beautiful cozy spot for any getaway! Thanks again Todd!”

“It was a family getaway, me and two of my grown “kids”. We don’t get to see each other enough. The Cabin was the perfect place for the three of us; cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed taking turns cooking on the vintage stove/oven and spending time together around the campfire and exploring the area.It had rained quite a bit before we arrived and the river was too high to fish. No problem; other things to do. Some nice hiking trails nearby. The School House, the Downsville Diner and Danny’s……
