Everything is clean when you arrive and the house is nicely equipped with the needed necessities! The downstairs bathroom was just remodeled and it definitely gives luxury spa vibes! “We stayed at Matt’s cabin over a long Memorial Day weekend. Though it was a cool wet weekend the cabin was ready with games and a fireplace to keep us warm. The hot tub and basement game room was a great addition! The kitchen is fully stocked with higher end appliances. The cabin is very spacious and clean! We will definitely look to come back again in the winter too. ”

We paddleboated, fished, played badminton, ping pong and cornhole! The host is very generous with her house, and just wants everyone to have a great time at her place! “It’s a great for more adults houses absolutely stunning unfortunately we had bad weather so we didn’t get to utilize the outside. Kitchen is slightly small but everything else is amazing. Rooms are beautiful house immaculately decorated unbelievable master bedroom and shower and only 13 minutes to Cooperstown so convenient for any Cooperstown families. Communication was great we had some slight Review and they took care of it immediately nothing that affected our stay in anyway”
