“It was honestly really clean, the stove tops works perfectly and the room is really spacious I would definitely recommend. Only critique would be the front door is a little bit tricky to open but that would be it.”

“Unhabitable!! Some of the issues we reported! Mould in the bathroom, stains on the bedroom floors, existing damage to the kitchen worktops, signs & symptoms (gurgling) of kitchen sink becoming blocked, patch repairs on the walls and tv remote control missing its back plate and batteries. Shower tray was allowing water to escape resulting in puddles of water on the floor after each person showers and therefore becoming a slip hazard. Shower head leaking and water temperature fluctuating……

“Originally booked in at the Adagio Aparthotel but a long term group booking meant my room was no longer available. This was handled well though as they notified me in advance and transferred me to Novotel at same rate with breakfast included. The Novotel was in top condition and very comfortable room and bed. Very odd basin choice as no way to fill it as a modern design with no plug (maybe I'm old fashioned). Only minor quibble is comms and info available about restaurant times for breakfast.……
