“This was our second stay at Butterfield Cottage - two wonderful weeks at this cosy, comfortable, immaculate cottage. The owner, Jan, was so kind, accommodating and quick to respond allowing us early check in after an overnight flight and late check out as well.The cottage has everything you could ask for - comfortable beds, two bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and cosy living and dining space. The weather was outstanding so we made great use of the front terrace as well as the rear garden. ……

“What a fantastic place to stay. Beautifully designed and in the most gorgeous of settings. Very, very clean & everything we needed was provided. Kitchen/dining full of the latest tech & appliances. Comy sofa & great tv in lounge area. The bathroom & bedroom upstairs were so lovely. The communication with Susan & being shown around on check-in by Gaia was superb. The driving instructions were spot on. A wonderful location, so quiet & peaceful with lovely views of the countryside. We thoroughly……

“We had a really relaxing and peaceful stay. The property is very rural which suited us perfectly but you will need a car to pop to the shops. The property has been renovated to a very high standard with quality furniture and fitting throughout. Only minor to be aware of is that the fridge does not have a freezer compartment so don't pick up ice-cream ;-) ”
