“Hotel Blackhawk is a lovely, clean, renovated property, with kind and cooperative staffing -- from front desk to engineering to housekeeping -- and beautifully appointed guest rooms. Where Blackhawk falls down is 1) very poor wifi service; 2) just average breakfast food quality; 3) ease or exiting the parking lot -- the parking is convenience, but the exit process is not. We would stay there again. We were very comfortable.”

“由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。”

“The hotel staff were overwhelmed by a busy weekend, and I had to call multiple times to reach the front desk. Frustratingly, the wifi was not working for our room and the staff told me that no tech support people were available during the weekend. Otherwise the room was clean and had all the advertised amenities.”

“Locating the entrance to the hotel driveway was not marked well, along with having pot holes. Not sure who is responsible for the driveway entrance. Days Inn , comfort or the car dealership ”
