“I had a wonderful time staying here visiting my daughter, it was very cozy. Love being able to cook in the kitchen for me and my daughter. The place is very clean and I love that it has a washer and dryer. I was very happy with the stay. The only thing that could’ve been Better was the master bedroom mattress was really firm., the second bedroom mattress was perfect. I wish the master bedroom had the same mattress as the other room.. “Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! However, we are super laid back, so what may have satisfied us may not satisfy everybody else. I’m going to list some things below that were not……

“The host allowed us to check in around 12pm without charging an additional fee. He was usually pretty quick to respond. Location was easy to find. We had plenty of bedding, towels and wash cloths. House had some updates but could’ve been a little bit cleaner. We didn’t have any disruptions from the other tenants. However parking is tight and a bit of a free for all. The neighborhood is a little run down. We did enjoy our time though and felt safe overall. ”

“Very nice. I would say due to the noise rule its not ideal for little ones but they were all tuckered out from the day activites and we did not have any issues. It was a long list of rules we never touch the thermostat despite being uncomfortable temperatures out of fear of tampering and the strict rules. It plenty of sleeping room but bc of the noise rule I would be cautious booking a large family. ”

“Loved being above the trees but not too high up . Full corner windows made for nice light snd open feel. Management was super responsive to questions and any requests . Building was quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful . Bed in master was comfy and we loved having control of temperature. ”

“This was perfect for our needs - I really appreciated the ease of booking and check-in/check out, and the kindness of our host. The place was very much as it looked online. It was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and everything was clean. Very good value. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. ”

“Secure safe and wonderfully new building, everything inside was 5 star! ”

“I was encouraged by VRBO to write a review of this property who's host they kindly described as "difficult." No check in details were provided until i asked the day before check in. I have traveled on average three times a year with VRBO since 2016 and at check in i made note of some damage to ensure that the host and i were on the same page.
