“What a lovely home this is. Our trip was so chaotic, and it was the first time we used VRBO. You folks were wonderful! Quick to respond and assist us, not just polite but personable. What a view from the top deck, too! I need more stars to complete my review! Ten thumbs up from all of us!! Thank you!”

“The house itself was cute. However I feel like the host should have mentioned the 20 steps it takes to get up to the house from the street. Definitely not ideal for someone with knee problems. The house was not cleaned when we arrived and it took a while to reach the host and get someone out to clean it. The traffic noise is kind of loud at night when trying to sleep. Don’t recommend for light sleepers. There’s also not a lot of places near by for grabbing food late at night. It was very close……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at Mason's View. The coffee shop on the first floor was awesome, such nice employees, and supports a great cause. The Incline Public House restaurant is a 2 minute walk from the door, and had great food and a great view of downtown Cincinnati. Just a few minutes walk is a Mexican restaurant with an incredible bakery attached! Getting anywhere downtown took us only 10 minutes. Our kids particularly liked the "lookout" area pointing towards the city. One thing to note……

“I'd like to start by stating how wonderful the host is at this property! I experienced a snafu with the VRBO online reservation system on the front end, and reached out to the host to help sort it out. Not only were they very responsive to my questions, they also assisted in the resolution with VRBO. And I discovered that VRBO does have a customer service number where you can talk to real people! The support staff at VRBO were also very helpful in sorting thru the issue! Once we arrived at……

“The location is great. It is close to downtown and most of touristy areas. However, the property is quite old. One thing that bothered me is the bed sheet in one of the room. It was too small and couldn't cover the whole mattress. I would give 4 stars or above if that situation improve.”
