“Love love love it!!! From the friendly staff to the adorable decor. This hotel was made kids and the young at heart. I was in a WKRP in Cincinnati decorated room. Just wonderfully decorated, clean, loved the view of the courtyard! My son goes to Children’s Hospital so we will stay here then as well. ”

“Upon arriving at check in time, we were notified our room was still not ready. Waited in the lobby for an additional 40 minutes, approached the desk to check the room status, then informed it was ready and we were just never notified. “The hotel is beautiful. The ladies at the front counter are friendly, cheerful, & helpful. The room was clean. My only issue is we booked a room for 3 people & we only had towels for 2. We went to the front counter & the staff was very apologetic but said they were completely out of towels due to hotel being fully booked. She gave us extra hand towels in hopes we could make them work all while continuing to apologize. It was hard to be upset because we could tell she was sincere. ”

“The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. The front desk employee who assisted me was at check in was Shower. She was a delightful person and extremely welcoming. The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and accommodating to all requests. A wonderful experience all around.”

“Hôtel was in a good location and was very clean. The only negative was the breakfast buffet. We went down for breakfast both mornings we stayed. The breakfast bar was wiped out. They couldn’t keep up with the amount of customers they had eating. The coffee was also empty both mornings. We had to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast.”
