“ Nothing fancy, but it did the job. There were a few bugs (nothing crazy) and the walls were very thin, but the room was basically clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and I got to check in early at no extra charge. The price is great though: would recommend for the mid-picky traveler who wants to avoid the SF hostels. ”

“I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. I felt safe. It was loud but not unbearable. A car horn and siren woke me up. The windows are right by the street. No real complaints. The stairs kinda shocked us. To afraid to ride the old school elevator. Would stay again my husband wouldn’t. ”

“Super cute, comfortable home with plenty of space for our family of 5 and golden lab. Right along water and lots of amenities. Would stay again. ”

“Overall a positive stay. East access, clean and comfortable beds. Improvements can be made in the back garden, I'm sure his neighbors don't appreciate him much. I was looking forward to a backyard BBQ but the whole back garden is overgrown. I was sort of expecting a washer, if not a drier, but wasn't to be. “We were visiting the San Francisco area for the first time and this place gave us a great starting point. The walking distance from the zoo and beach was great and only a short drive for the wharfs and Golden Gate Bridge.”

“The ad is correct, it is quiet and serene. Located conveniently near Muir Woods, Golden Gate, Bridge, and downtown San Francisco. Quiet evenings outside on the back deck are very nice, lots of wildlife, a local grey longhair cat, and a family of deer visit every night and meander through unalarmec only 20 feet away. “Our stay at this beautiful house in Lafayette could not have been more perfect. The house is well laid out and thoughtfully stocked for all of our needs. The star of the show is the pool area, with an amazing view of Mt. Diablo, a perfect outdoor kitchen, and a beach entry pool that worked so well for our family. I brought my children and grandchildren for a visit to my hometown. Gathering local family for home-cooked meals was so relaxing. We had planned to do sightseeing, but the kids had so……

“Overall, it was a great house. Beautiful architecture inside. Near Golden Gate Park, which we took advantage of. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to market. It’s more residential area. Great living and dining room for our family. Beds were comfy. On the downside, it is not well stocked. We needed to buy toilet paper, no extra trash bags, no broom, no wine opener, and only a small 5 cup coffee maker. Closets and drawers were unorganized. “This little Beach house is so close to the ocean, it's perfectly appointed, and located. Everything in the house is stylish, and feels and looks new. The house had everything we needed to cook a meal, and was dog friendly. Easy to keep tidy. Close walking distance to the cute little Market, that has everything you can think of, that you forgot to bring. Easy beach walk to the eateries. There's a front porch to enjoy the ocean from, and a private back deck with lovely furniture to gather round.……

“Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Shower is small but great water pressure and temperature. We had a little trouble with the fireplace but it was fixed immediately. The grey parrot downstairs was a delight to greet each morning on our way out. We could walk or catch a bus to everywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely return.”

“Unique and spacious apartment is filled with light, interesting artwork, and it’s very peaceful at night. We loved staying here. Great coffee and high-end dining nearby. We drove and parking was a bit of work until we figured it out; it’s easier on weekends. Property manager takes good care of everything and is a pleasure to work with. Wonderful and safe neighborhood is delightful for walking.”
