“Finding a pet friendly place is always a challenge but this was a life changing revelation! Location was perfect family very close by, accommodations superior, including linens & kitchen utilities. Am returning in 3 weeks wish place was available... NO MORE HOTELS while on Long Island, Thank god. I'm a senior and had some difficulty with on-line communications but figured it out. “Lovely little cottage in a summer community. This house is cozy and newly renovated. 2 wide screen TVs. New kitchen and bathrooms and nicely furnished rooms. Sleeps 3. Has a lovely deck. Rustic walk to the beach. We really liked it!”

“Owner was extremely attentive and friendly. Left groceries on the front porch the next morning and made an excellent dinner recommendation. It is a lovely cottage within a pleasant walking distance to the beach. Owner offered meticulous attention to detail and decor. Very clean. Highly recommended. ”

“We had a very good stay. The descriptions are accurate. There are a couple of updates. From the materials provided in advance, the entry instructions need to be updated (there is a lock code on the door versus a key box). Also, the wifi access information needs to be updated and the landline is not functional. Also, the chiminea has been upgraded to a gas firepit.We found that the walk to beach access was very easy. “Prefect size for us, 2 adults, 2 small kids and the dog. House was clean and fully stocked with anything we could have needed. ”

“we had a great stay at this property. the house was perfect. great value for the price. it is new and modern and extremely clean. the area itself was also nice. on a dead end street so nice and secluded. the host also included many amenities for guests to use which was a plus. would definitely stay here again. ”
