“The home itself is beautiful—clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location with close proximity to the beach. It had great potential to be the perfect getaway. Unfortunately, the stay was impacted by how poorly equipped the house was for actual use.We spent weeks planning a menu around grilling outdoors, only to arrive and find a very small grill that was not functional or adequate for our group. When I reached out to Jenn to express our disappointment, her response was curt and unhelpful,……
