“If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!”

Los aires acondicionados funcionaban de forma excelente lo cual fue muy bueno ya que nos tocaron días calurosos. Tanto Leslie como su marido se mostraron muy predispuestos a brindarnos asistencia cuando la necesitamos así como información sobre negocios en el barrio. El cual es muy pintoresco y tranquilo. Los anfitriones no hablaban español,nosotros no……

“Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper……

“What a great experience staying at this property The condo is right on Main Street and I was concerned it was going to be loud because it is above a restaurant, but it was quiet as can be! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and a quick mile walk to the beach! Great spot! I can’t wait to come back again”

“Everything was as advertised, and the space felt accommodating. Susana was very responsive to all questions. This is definitely a location that I would recommend, especially to those looking for a weekend getaway with the focus of sitting on the beach.The beach was easily accessible. The only thing I would suggest for anyone looking to swim is to check out the local tide schedule. The beach is fairly shallow so it’ll extend quite a ways during low tide.Also, while it wasn’t a deal breaker or……

“Great location for us visiting the wine country and Bayshore town with this serving as a base. Everything was great. We love coffee and The Suite had both regular drip and K-cup options. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioning in each room worked well. Large 65” TV with streaming options. Great shower. I would return and highly recommend The Suite!”
