“The apt is clean and big enough for 2 couples. The lighting is poor . No bedside or floor lights . Very harsh over head lights. Also there are no window coverings in the living room ...Too sunny and warm until 4 . Then you are in a fishbowl. Needs black out curtains/shades in the bedrooms . The neighbors have multiple flood lights on all night . The location is good for the summer , little overpriced for the winter.”

“This apartment was a great stay. We wanted to be close to some friends that live in Long Island. The space was perfect for my 9 month old, my husband and myself. In our first night, we had an issue with the toilet and Tammy came to our rescue immediately. Communication with her was so easy and although it was a brief inconvenience, having a super attentive host made a huge difference. She fixed the issue herself!!! “The rental was close to what was expected but did not have enough bedding for 6 people though we were told it could accommodate 6 people. The air quality in the rental was poor and had a dehumidifier, which we were not aware of until arrival, and came with no instructions that we needed to manually empty it. It smelled musty and moldy and couldve also used an air purifier. The rental was basic and couldve used some more homey touches. Location was convenient for what we were in town for.”

“If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!”

“The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan. The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's.
