We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. The sleeping quarters were exceptional. Not that we rented the house just to sleep, however, all the guests spoke on the comfort of the mattress. Outside of the house was spacious and accommodating however, it could use a little cleaning (specifically the grills). The hot tub was immaculate. The family……
