“Das Abendessen ala card war nicht gut ausgewählt! Der tofu hat sehr fad geschmeckt Das schnitzel und die pommes haben im Fett getrieft, hätte man vorher abtropfen lassen können… Die getränke Preise für mich zuhoch. Das personal wirklich sehr freundlich und höflich, sehr entgegenkommend….. ”

“I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend……

“Das Hotel besticht durch das äußerst nette Personal und das exzellente Service. Zum perfekten Urlaub in dieser Preisklasse fehlen nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Bei der Ankunft wäre ein Willkommensgruß nett (Getränk, "Betthupferl",..) schade fanden wir, dass der Wellnessbereich nur bis 19:00geöffnet ist-nach dem Abendessen nochmal schwimmen gehen, hätte auch etwas. Außerdem war das Wasser (besonders im Aussenbecken)für uns etwas zu kalt. Die hoteleigenen Badeschlapfen mit Werbeaudruck sind mit 3……
