“Our host met us upon our arrival. We got there about an hour later than we expected, but still before dinner. Rick was there and explained every bit of the apartment and it was actually better than described. The baby bed and high chair were a big help since my husband and I were sharing the apartment with our son, his wife, and their 10-month-old baby. “It was a great property! Centrally located in the cape, in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family. Honestly my only complaint was that the bathroom could use some additional hooks or shelves. But seriously, that was the worst thing about the property, so that says a lot! Would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a no frills, as is, 1-bedroom unit downtown Falmouth. If it’s a busy week, expect parking to be tricky and a bit of a game of roulette. Plenty of great food options close by. Unit 1 is a little loud as your bedroom is right by the staircase for a multi unit building- if you’re used to sleeping in any city you’ll be fine. Was in town for a work trip, would stay again.”

“My family and I stayed at this property for a few days around the holiday. Arrival and check-in was seamless, with the host allowing us to get in an hour early due to some previous plans in the area. Our two college kids enjoyed having space to spread out, and even met local friends at Mark Anthony’s right next-next door.
