“We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. ”

“The property is a small cute cottage it in a quiet neighborhood near the water. It is close to restaurants, beach, and shopping areas. Short drive to the ferry, an hour drive to Plymouth, Nauset lighthouse and 3 Sister lighthouses. There were plenty of toiletries and kitchen supplies. One of the two bathroom is very small (can fit a small child). I had to pay $125 extra for my Shih Tzu. Pet fee wasn’t listed on the listing so I suggest you ask questions before booking. “The property was exactly as depicted in the listing. Beautiful interior and exterior. Location was great, close enough to shopping, beaches, and downtown Hyannis, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall would highly recommend.”

“The cottage was exactly as described, very clean and had great beach access! The host was very responsive and gave us some good ideas of things to do in the area. You have the amenities you need to cook meals and even items to use on the beach, which was incredibly helpful, as we had flown in from Texas. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Our group of 7 adults really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive when we asked if he could move some furniture onto the deck that we'd been expecting (based on pictures.) He came over promptly to move the furniture, and gave us lots of helpful info about the area when we chatted.We had a great time at the Woods Hole Aquarium, and walking around Woods Hole. “If you want family down time, this is your place. Beautifully decorated, maintained and ambiance. We were a group from 75 to 4 months and the house worked for us all, three families in total. Groceries and restaurants are all within 15 minutes. If you bike, hike, walk or run all you have to do is open the front door and go. If you want trails and nature there are numerous with in a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. All I can say is if you pick this……
