“We chose the Bunkhouse for its remote location that made it perfect to watch the stars. The beauty of the surrounding landscape and the rich history all around were added bonuses. The house itself was more than we could have hoped for...it was clean, comfortable and had all that we needed for our own meals. “This property was exactly what we wanted. Our 3rd stay in Baytowne Wharf and this has been the best unit so far. The location was perfect. We had a fabulous view of the fireworks and light show right from our balcony. We had a little issue with a toilet but the management company handled it very promptly. Definitely would stay again. ”

“We made a trip to Guadalupe Mountain NP and Carlsbad Caverns and this was a 30-60 min drive from our destinations. The home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed getting to relax in the space. Directions and descriptions were all very accurate. Thank you for the stay!”

“We went to Fort Sumner just for one night to attend our cousin’s funeral service. My sister and brother-in-law met us there. We all found the house to be extremely clean and very pleasant. Our only complaint would be that it claimed to sleep 5 people, but there were only 3 bath towels. There were also no kitchen wash rags to clean up dishes and counters. Those would be a big plus. Other than that, no other issues. We will return. Thanks! ”
